Car prowls are the number one form of larceny. Cars are often left vulnerable with valuable equipment left unsecured within. Car alarm or not, thieves can break a window and be off with personal items in just seconds. They don't care if you see them or call the police, because they will run off and get away before police arrive. The most likely person to unknowingly purchase your stolen Ham gear is another Ham. Ham's, by nature, are law-abiding citizens that would like to help you get your gear back and see the punishment of the crime.
