This used to be my go-to Martinsburg repeater, but not it doesn't respond from my home QTH in Chambersburg, PA. I was mobile in the Martinsburg area on Sunday 10/15 and couldn't hit the repeater with my 50 Watt mobile. Have the tone settings changed?
