I've been able to hit this repeater from Shelby County on several different occasions using 50w mobile. Some call it good propagation, I call it good coverage.

On good conditions, this repeater reaches up to Shelbyville, KY. Receiving S-9 on my Icom 7100 with a base roof mounted antenna.
