NOAPRS NC4ES ECHO EAST (Eastern Communication Hospital Overlay) repeater #1. Unit is currently operational at a low height of 90’ on the roof the East Carolina Heart Institute (Vidant Health). The team is currently working on installing Auxcomm DMR dual mode repeaters on all hospitals in the EHPC region. The system is currently operating in the following format: ECHO EAST CLUSTER TG2 TS2 Full time / TS1 dynamic. TG310001 TS1 is routable into the cluster from outside the region. All Eastern hospitals will eventually be linked full time. Repeaters are designed for TG9 TS1 failover with loss of connectivity.
