5-20-2022 @ 6:53p ICOM 2000 @ 60 Watts with a 7/8's wave OPEK antenna from Martinsburg, WV repeater appears to be non-functional. I'd been operating into other repeaters before and after trying to use this one.

Noticed a lower output signal and inability to raise the repeater using a handheld inside that used to work from a location 15 miles due east of the repeater. Investigation pending on cause.
