Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Canton, Lincolnville, Durham, Marion Lake and Pilsen. (2 of 2) ...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Kansas... Mill Creek at Washington affecting Washington County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Mill Creek at Washington. * WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Osage Road, located 2 miles west and 1 mile north of Washington, floods. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 20.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.9 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
