The location information should be entered in a specific format:

• Use proper spelling and punctuation. Place names should be properly capitalized.
• Only the name of a government-recognized placename should be entered, such as one that can receive mail.
• Do not use commas! This breaks the app and other csv-based exports.
• Do not enter the '&' symbol.
• Do not add the state name or abbreviation.
