"Reduced coverage"

Repeater lost its site and is operating from a house-top antenna. There are also technical problems, so the range is very limited.

The coverage is mostly north metro, and doesn't really reach into Minneapolis proper due to terrain. If you are on high ground, you can reach it from 30+ miles south. Otherwise, you need to be north of Columbia Heights. Mostly evening activity (roundtable).
