This repeater is on-line and tested today. Echolink info is correct. It depends on the day. Today it came in clear when it was transmitting it's identification when listening on my base. However, when I transmitted on my base it didn't appear my transmission was clear when listening on Echolink. Repeater identification on Echolink was loud and clear. Holton Courthouse sits in somewhat of a valley and is sometimes difficult receiving in Topeka. Note: There is intermittent static on this frequency and not sure it is from the Repeater or another source.
