Notes: | This is the 53.050 transmitter location of the split site repeater. If you can hear it, plot your location on the map on this page with a signal report of where you were. If you can get in but can't hear the repeater, you can use the other listing as that is the receiver location. This is a split-site repeater using the 444.900 repeater as the RF link between the two sites. Using Kenwood TK-6110 mobile radio turned down to 45 watts fed with LMR-400 into a DB 212 folded dipole is on the north side of the tower at 180 feet. The receiver is 3 air miles west of the transmitter (where the 444.900 and 52.050 is located). The receiver antenna is about 50 on the tower and is currently a Ringo AR-6 on the southeastern side. The Allstar analog DMR bridge can be accessed on TS2 / TG 3175335 on TGIF network connected to TS 2 / TG 29660 and also on Hamshack Hotline RF link 94105, of course on Echolink and Allstar as well. The CTCSS is able to be turned on or off remotely, but is good to transmit the tone just in case. Using a 6-meter ICE 432 band pass filter on the receiver. |
