The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a Red Flag Warning...which is in effect from noon today to 8 PM MDT this evening. * AREA AND TIMING...Upper Rio Grande and Lower Chama River Valleys (Zone 121). * 20 FOOT WINDS...West to southwest at 20 to 25 mph with occasional gusts up to 35 mph by late afternoon. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...7 to 12 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
